Does First Circle offer an auto loan?
No. First Circle Growth Finance Corp.'s homepage product menu lists seven products. These are Business Banking, an Express Business Loan, a Business Credit Line, Business Credit Plus, Future Salary Access, Solar Financing and Invoice financing.
A full check covered its 158-URL sitemap, plus the individual solar-financing, business-banking, future-salary-access and invoice pages. None of it turns up vehicle, car, auto or fleet wording anywhere.
First Circle is a real, SEC-registered financing company (SEC Registration No. CS201605477, Certificate of Authority No. 1108). It is explicit that it does not engage in banking services.
Where a banking function is needed, it works through Netbank, a rural bank. It lends only to registered businesses, not to individual consumers buying a personal vehicle.
What First Circle actually lends, and to whom
To qualify for First Circle's credit products, a business needs to be registered with the BIR, DTI or SEC. It must be operating for at least 6 months, with annual revenue of at least ₱5 million.
Its owner needs to be a Philippine resident with a valid government-issued ID. Every credit option First Circle offers is zero-collateral.
The Business Credit Line lends up to ₱25 million over a loan period of 1 to 12 months. First Circle states its monthly interest rate as illustrative only.
It starts from 0.79% for businesses with over ₱200 million in revenue and a ₱10 to 25 million limit. It starts from 0.99% for smaller revenue bands.
Business Credit Plus runs longer, 13 to 24 months, at a monthly rate from 1.29% or 1.49% depending on revenue. Approval takes 3 to 5 business days.
Its stated use is for expansion, new markets, or purchasing equipment and assets, with vehicles not named specifically.

Can a business use First Circle credit toward a vehicle?
First Circle does not say. Business Credit Plus names "purchasing equipment and assets" as a stated use.
A company vehicle could plausibly fall under that description, but no page on firstcircle.ph names a vehicle, fleet, or car purchase specifically. A vehicle purchase is not a confirmed use.
If your business genuinely wants to finance a vehicle rather than working capital, a lender built for that purpose is the safer route.
First Circle's products are unsecured business credit, not asset financing. A car loan is secured against the vehicle itself; do not treat the two as interchangeable.
Who First Circle is actually for
First Circle's own revenue thresholds are at least ₱5 million a year and at least 6 months of trading history. These point to a mid-sized business managing working capital, not a small operator buying a single company car.
Its Solar Financing and Invoice products are the same kind of tool. They are cash flow financing for running a business, not financing tied to one specific asset the way a chattel-mortgaged auto loan is.
Where to finance a company or personal vehicle instead
For an actual vehicle loan, whether for personal use or business use, a bank that names the product is the confirmed route. BPI and RCBC both carry current car loan rate tables.
The car loan calculator compares all 8 banks for your own down payment and term. On a ₱1,000,000 loan over 60 months, add-on rates at the 7 that quote one currently span 25.80% to 32.52%.
First Circle can be reached at (+632) 8580 3200 or support@firstcircle.com, at its office on the 10th Floor, Bonifacio One Technology Tower, BGC, Taguig. These contacts are for its actual business-credit products.
