Check your Autosweep RFID balance before your trip to ensure you have enough load. Here are all the ways to check your Autosweep balance — from the mobile app to SMS and online methods.

Method 1: Autosweep Mobile App

The fastest way to check your Autosweep balance is through the official Autosweep RFID mobile app.

    Download the App

    Download 'Autosweep RFID' from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.

    Create an Account

    Register using your mobile number and email address. Verify via OTP.

    Link Your RFID

    Enter your Autosweep RFID account number (found on your installation receipt or RFID sticker).

    View Balance

    Your current balance is displayed on the home screen. You can also view your transaction history.

Method 2: Autosweep Website

Visit autosweep.com.ph and log in with your registered account to check your balance online. The website also shows your complete transaction history, allowing you to track all toll deductions and reload credits.

Method 3: Toll Plaza Display

Every time you pass through a toll plaza, your remaining RFID balance is displayed on the LED screen at the toll gate. The display shows the toll fee deducted and your new balance. This is the most automatic method — no action needed on your part.

Method 4: SMS Notification

Autosweep sends an SMS notification after each toll transaction. The message includes the expressway name, toll plaza, amount deducted, and remaining balance. Make sure your mobile number is correctly registered with your Autosweep account to receive these notifications.

Method 5: Customer Service Hotline

Call the Autosweep customer service hotline at (02) 5318-8655 for balance inquiries. You will need to provide your RFID account number. The hotline is available Monday to Sunday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
