Where to Log In

Autosweep RFID has two official access points. The customer web portal at autosweeprfidapps.com/customerportal is where you register and log in from a browser. The "Autosweep RFID Mobile App" (Google Play and the Apple App Store) also lets you log in, or check your balance instantly with Quick-Balance without logging in at all.

What You Need to Log In

To log in to the customer portal or the app, you need your Autosweep RFID account number (printed on your installation receipt and RFID sticker) and the email address and password you registered with. For Quick-Balance in the app, your account number alone is enough, no password required.

First-Time Registration

On the customer portal, select the option to register a new account and enter your Autosweep RFID account number to create your login. Once registered, you can add more than one vehicle to the same account. Forgot Your Password?

Autosweep has not published a self-service password reset flow that we could verify. If you cannot log in, contact Autosweep customer care by phone at (02) 5318-8655 or by email at customercare@autosweeprfid.com with your account number to have your access restored.

What You Can Do Once Logged In

Logged in to the customer portal, you can view your current balance and download your statement of account. To reload your balance, use the Autosweep app's in-app reload feature or one of the other channels in the loading guide, reloading is not done inside the customer portal itself.

Autosweep's account system is a separate customer portal at autosweeprfidapps.com/customerportal, and it carries no CAMS-CBS branding at all.
