Frequently Asked Questions

How much does an Autosweep RFID sticker cost?
An Autosweep RFID sticker costs ₱200 for the sticker fee plus a minimum initial load of ₱200, for a total of ₱400. The ₱200 sticker fee is non-refundable, and the ₱200 load goes directly to your RFID balance.
Can I use Autosweep on NLEX or TPLEX?
No, NLEX, TPLEX, SCTEX, CALAX, and CAVITEX use the Easytrip RFID system, not Autosweep. If you frequently travel on both SMC and MPTC expressways, you will need both Autosweep and Easytrip RFID stickers.
How long does Autosweep RFID installation take?
The actual installation takes about 5-10 minutes. However, wait times vary depending on the location and time of day. During weekdays, expect shorter queues. Weekend installations may take longer due to higher volume.
Can I transfer my Autosweep RFID to another vehicle?
No, Autosweep RFID stickers are permanently attached to the vehicle windshield and cannot be transferred. If you change vehicles, you need to get a new RFID sticker installed on the new vehicle. You can request to transfer your balance to the new RFID account at a customer service center.
What happens if my Autosweep balance is insufficient?
If your Autosweep RFID balance is insufficient at a toll plaza, you will be directed to a special lane where you can reload or pay the difference. Repeatedly entering the expressway with insufficient balance may result in penalties. Always check your balance before your trip.
