GCash is one of the most convenient ways to reload your Easytrip RFID balance:

Launch the GCash app and log in to your account.

Tap 'Pay Bills' from the home screen.

Under 'Toll' or 'Transportation', select 'Easytrip RFID'.

Enter your Easytrip RFID account number (16 digits, found on your installation receipt).

Enter the reload amount. Minimum ₱100. Recommended: ₱500 or ₱1,000.

Review details and tap 'Pay'. Amount deducted from your GCash balance.

Visit any Easytrip customer service center at toll plazas on NLEX, SCTEX, TPLEX, CALAX, or CAVITEX. Present your vehicle or account number, pay in cash, and your balance is updated instantly. This is the only method with immediate balance reflection. Customer service centers are typically open from 8 AM to 5 PM daily.
Reload at Bayad Center
Bayad Center branches and partners nationwide accept Easytrip RFID reloads. Visit any Bayad Center outlet, provide your Easytrip account number, pay the reload amount, and receive a confirmation receipt. Processing time is typically within 24 hours.

The minimum reload amount is ₱100 for most channels (GCash, Maya, Bayad Center). At toll plaza customer service centers, the minimum may vary. We recommend reloading at least ₱500 for regular expressway users.
Online reloads (GCash, Maya, banks) typically reflect within 1-2 hours but may take up to 24 hours during peak periods. Toll plaza reloads reflect instantly. If your reload hasn't reflected after 24 hours, contact Easytrip at (02) 8-3279-8747.
Easytrip reloading at 7-Eleven is available through select CLiQQ kiosks. Check the Easytrip app or website for the latest list of partner convenience stores. Bayad Center branches are a more widely available alternative.
