Method 3: Toll Plaza LED Display
Every time you pass through an Easytrip toll plaza, your remaining RFID balance is displayed on the LED screen at the toll gate. The display shows the toll fee deducted and your new balance. This is the most automatic method — no action needed on your part.
Method 4: SMS Notification
Easytrip sends an SMS notification after each toll transaction. The message includes the expressway name, toll plaza, amount deducted, and remaining balance. Make sure your mobile number is correctly registered with your Easytrip account to receive these notifications.
Method 5: Customer Service Hotline
Call the Easytrip customer service hotline at (02) 8-EASY-TRIP (8-3279-8747) for balance inquiries. You will need to provide your RFID account number. The hotline is available Monday to Sunday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
What to Do If Your Easytrip Balance Is Low
If your balance is running low, reload immediately to avoid being denied entry at the toll gate. You can reload via GCash (Pay Bills > Toll > Easytrip), Maya/PayMaya, online banking (BDO, BPI, Metrobank, Landbank), the Easytrip app, Bayad Center branches, or in person at any Easytrip customer service center at NLEX, SCTEX, TPLEX, CALAX, or CAVITEX toll plazas. Toll plaza reloads reflect instantly; online reloads may take 1-24 hours.
