How to Check Easytrip Balance

Check your Easytrip RFID balance before your trip to ensure you have enough load. Here are all the ways to check your Easytrip balance — from the mobile app to SMS and online methods.

Method 1: Easytrip RFID Mobile App

The fastest way to check your Easytrip balance is through the official Easytrip RFID mobile app.

  1. 1

    Download the App

Download 'Easytrip RFID' from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.

  2. 2

    Create an Account

Register using your mobile number and email address. Verify via OTP.

  3. 3

    Link Your RFID

Enter your Easytrip RFID account number (found on your installation receipt or RFID sticker).

  4. 4

    View Balance

Your current balance is displayed on the home screen. You can also view your transaction history and recent toll deductions.

Method 2: Easytrip Website

Visit easytrip.ph and log in with your registered account to check your balance online. The website also shows your complete transaction history, allowing you to track all toll deductions and reload credits across NLEX, SCTEX, TPLEX, CALAX, and CAVITEX.

Method 3: Toll Plaza LED Display

Every time you pass through an Easytrip toll plaza, your remaining RFID balance is displayed on the LED screen at the toll gate. The display shows the toll fee deducted and your new balance. This is the most automatic method — no action needed on your part.

Method 4: SMS Notification

Easytrip sends an SMS notification after each toll transaction. The message includes the expressway name, toll plaza, amount deducted, and remaining balance. Make sure your mobile number is correctly registered with your Easytrip account to receive these notifications.

Method 5: Customer Service Hotline

Call the Easytrip customer service hotline at (02) 8-EASY-TRIP (8-3279-8747) for balance inquiries. You will need to provide your RFID account number. The hotline is available Monday to Sunday, 8 AM to 5 PM.

What to Do If Your Easytrip Balance Is Low

If your balance is running low, reload immediately to avoid being denied entry at the toll gate. You can reload via GCash (Pay Bills > Toll > Easytrip), Maya/PayMaya, online banking (BDO, BPI, Metrobank, Landbank), the Easytrip app, Bayad Center branches, or in person at any Easytrip customer service center at NLEX, SCTEX, TPLEX, CALAX, or CAVITEX toll plazas. Toll plaza reloads reflect instantly; online reloads may take 1-24 hours.
