CALAX Exits Guide
The Cavite-Laguna Expressway (CALAX) connects SLEX to the Tagaytay corridor. Here is a complete exit-by-exit guide for all CALAX entry and exit points.
CALAX Route Overview
CALAX is a 44.6 km expressway connecting Laguna and Cavite provinces. It links to SLEX at the Mamplasan/Greenfield interchange and extends towards Tagaytay and Silang. CALAX uses the Easytrip RFID system — note that SLEX (which connects to CALAX) uses Autosweep, so you need both RFIDs for SLEX-to-CALAX travel.
Complete List of CALAX Exits
CALAX has 6 exit/entry points from the SLEX connection to the Silang terminus:
| 1. Greenfield | Connects to SLEX at ABI/Greenfield interchange; access to Laguna Technopark area |
| 2. Technopark | Access to Laguna Technopark, Sta. Rosa industrial area |
| 3. Laguna Blvd. | Access to Laguna residential areas, Nuvali |
| 4. Sta. Rosa/Tagaytay | Primary exit for Tagaytay-bound travelers; connects to Sta. Rosa-Tagaytay Road |

Getting to Tagaytay via CALAX
The fastest expressway route to Tagaytay from Manila is SLEX to CALAX. Take SLEX southbound to the Greenfield/Mamplasan interchange, enter CALAX, and exit at Sta. Rosa/Tagaytay. From there, follow the Sta. Rosa-Tagaytay Road uphill to Tagaytay City. Total expressway toll is approximately ₱150-₱200 for Class 1. Travel time from Alabang (SLEX) to Tagaytay is approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour via this route.
RFID Requirements
CALAX uses Easytrip RFID. If you are coming from SLEX (which uses Autosweep), you will need both RFID stickers. The RFID system changes at the Greenfield interchange. Make sure both your Autosweep and Easytrip accounts have sufficient balance before your trip.
