NAIAX RFID Guide

The NAIA Expressway (NAIAX) provides fast access to all NAIA terminals. NAIAX uses the Autosweep RFID system. This guide covers which RFID you need, toll fees, and special rules for the airport expressway.

Which RFID Does NAIAX Use?

NAIAX (NAIA Expressway) uses the Autosweep RFID system operated by SMC Tollways. You must have an Autosweep RFID sticker with sufficient balance to use NAIAX. Easytrip RFID will NOT work on NAIAX. If you are coming from CAVITEX (which uses Easytrip), you will pass through the NAIAX-CAVITEX interchange where the RFID system changes.

NAIAX Exits and Entry Points

NAIAX has the following entry and exit points for accessing NAIA terminals and connecting expressways:

NAIAX Toll Fees

NAIAX toll fees depend on your entry and exit points. Class 1 (cars/SUVs) fees range from ₱40 to ₱180. Toll is deducted automatically via your Autosweep RFID as you pass through the toll plaza. Make sure you have at least ₱200 balance before entering NAIAX to avoid insufficient balance issues.

Tips for Airport Travelers

When heading to NAIA via expressway, NAIAX is the fastest option from the Skyway/SLEX corridor. Allow extra time during peak hours (6-9 AM and 5-8 PM). If you are coming from the north (NLEX), take Skyway Stage 3 to Skyway, then NAIAX. If coming from Cavite (CAVITEX), NAIAX connects directly but switches from Easytrip to Autosweep — you need both RFID stickers for this route.
