Understanding CAVITEX Toll Fees

The Manila-Cavite Expressway (CAVITEX) is a 14-kilometer closed-system expressway operated by Metro Pacific Tollways Corporation (MPTC) in South Metro Manila. As a closed-system expressway, CAVITEX toll fees are calculated based on the distance between your entry and exit plazas — the farther you travel, the higher the fee.

All CAVITEX toll rates are regulated and approved by the Toll Regulatory Board (TRB), an agency under the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH). Toll fees are collected cashless via the Easytrip RFID system. Three vehicle classes apply: Class 1 (cars, SUVs, vans) pays the base rate, Class 2 (buses, light trucks) pays approximately 2.28x, and Class 3 (large trucks, trailers) pays approximately 3x the Class 1 rate.

CAVITEX connects to NAIAX at Entertainment City/Parañaque; Coastal Road at Parañaque; Aguinaldo Highway at Kawit. For trips spanning multiple expressways, use the toll calculator to compute the combined toll fee across all segments.
